Flying High
In preparation for the concert season ahead, the London Irish Symphony Orchestra will shortly be undertaking a series of 'shoots' around London. These publicity photos will then be used to promote our programme of events, with specific emphasis on our educational projects. The photos will be taken in and around some of London's most important landmarks.
We are delighted to announce that we will be appearing with the British Airways London Eye - one of the most impressive sights in modern London. We are grateful to the London Eye for their support, and will be bringing you the photos in the near future!

In partnership with the Contemporary Music Centre, Dublin, the London Irish Symphony Orchestra will be working to restore key pieces of classical Irish repertoire to playable condition. These pieces, currently held as hand-written scores by the CMC will be transcribed onto specialist computer software so that they can be held on a database, as well as producing useable performance parts and full scores.
This is a hugely exciting project, and we are delighted to be working with the CMC for it. You can find more about the CMC and their work at www.cmc.ie
